Team Eagles take on Kokoda!

Story

Hi there!

This October a group of players, coaches and staff from the Woodville West Torrens Football Club are making a difference and hiking for a cause that's close to our heart – the Little Heroes Foundation! These guys support seriously ill children and their families living in South Australia and we want you to help us make a difference for these Little Heroes! The Kokoda Track is going to be tough, but it pales in comparison to what these children go through.

Please support our efforts by making a secure online donation and by posting a message of support. Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to Little Heroes Foundation.

Thanks very much for your support, from Michael Godden, Jared Petrenko, Joe Heinjus, Daniel Thomas, David Couzner and Melissa McKenzie. Go the Eagles!

        Little Heroes Foundation

Little Heroes Foundation raises funds towards essential equipment and services for seriously ill children and their families. We have raised close to $20 million dollars in 20 years for lifesaving facilities at Adelaide’s Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and to provide daily support to families through our Little Heroes Care program. Our vision is to fulfill the unmet needs of seriously ill children and their families, to ensure they have access to the very best care, regardless of how rare their diagnosis is. In 2016, Little Heroes Foundation unveiled its latest project, a $2 million robotic rehabilitation and research centre at the Women's and Children's Hospital.
